A new copywriting business is giving local businesses opportunities to improve their visual identity.

Issy Copywriting Co helps businesses by reforming their social media image and creating concrete brand guidelines.

Issy McGlashen wants to help businesses establish their brand through engaging content on their online platforms.

McGlashen, the founder of the company, also wants to help her clients become more creative on social media and offers services such as blog posts and articles.

The clients include businesses in the areas of sport, business and fashion, after her work experience in each of these fields help to build relationships within these sectors.

Her company also provides other services such as press releases; as important information will be out to the media fast, due to knowing how hectic it is for businesses.

The company includes improving businesses marketing strategies and works with clients to get the most out of their online content.

Issy McGlashen, founded the company in March 2017, says her mission is “to add a sprinkle of magic’ to clients’ business is and engage your audience from not only the first sentence to the last, but leave them with a lasting opinion on what they have just read and a genuinely positive outlook on your business”.

The University of Huddersfield student also works on press releases to help businesses increase exposure, start conversation and add sentiment to the client’s brand.

The key role of her company is to make sure the content of the business is vibrant and is passionate as you are about your business.

McGlashen is a third-year journalism student who believes that everyone in the 21st century is busy and not everyone has time to be lost for words.

Her mission is to also add a refreshing contribution and help in redesigning her clients’ brand, as a quick look needs to leave a lasting impression.

Issy has had five clients over the past year and she is trying to increase this number in preparation for an official launch.
